Definitions & Discounts
A page is defined as an 8½"w X 11"h area with a 1" white space border.
Payment is due in advance of any work performed or services provided. Monthly fees will be collected up front for the first three months of service plus setup fees. Subsequent payments may be made on a monthly or quarterly basis; users will receive a 10% discount on advance quarterly payments.
Months are to be considered to be calendar months. If a page goes on-line mid-month, it's a freebie until the 1st of the following month. If payment for monthly services (due by the first) is not received by the fifteenth of the month, the page(s) may be removed at our discretion along with any links from index pages. To resume service if this happens, you will be assessed the setup fees to set up the page(s) again as well as payment to bring your account current.
Business Card ( or Link to Existing Web Pages )
$5/month $5 setup fee
A barn with your farm name will be placed on the Farm & Ranches page. Visitors clicking on it will be shown one of the following:
If You Have a Web Page: If You Don't Have a Web Page:
- A small banner will appear accross the top of the screen providing a link back to the Farms & Ranches pageon PacaWeb.
- Your Web pages will appear as normal below the banner frame.
- Business card pages will be formatted with 1 business card per page.
- The Business Card Page ad will include a "mailto" link to the Business' E-Mail address if provided or listed on the card.
(No discounts for this service.)
Single Page
$10/month $20 setup fee
- An E-Mail link is included to your established Internet e-mail provider.
- (Optional guest/comment book for additional $20 setup fee - $5 per month.)
Two Pages
$18/month $40 setup fee
- An E-Mail link is included to your established Internet e-mail provider.
- (Optional guest/comment book for additional $20 setup fee - no added monthly fees.)
Farm Package
3 or more pages @ $8 per page per month
$20 setup fee per page.
- A "hit" counter on the primary home page. (if requested)
- A guest/comment book sign-in area at no additional charge.
- Minor monthly changes in text included in price if provided on disk. Any graphics changes or other major remodeling is done at the rate of $20 per page.
